James Kerr
James Kerr is the London-based CEO of CURN, an AI adoption platform and advisory that turns useful AI workflows into reusable team playbooks and shared operating memory. He writes The Wayfinder Notes.
Before CURN, I worked in strategy and innovation at Accenture. It put me close to the machinery of large organisations: incentives, processes, knowledge bottlenecks and the awkward gap between a plan and what people actually do.
AI makes that gap harder to ignore. A good model can make one person much more capable, but the useful work still disappears into private chats and one-off sessions. The person learns, but the team often doesn't.
Now I'm CEO of CURN, where I'm working on that problem directly. The Wayfinder Notes is where I write through the wider questions: how AI-native companies get built, what compounds as the tools improve and what people should refuse to hand over.
