Beta terms
These terms apply to the invited Life Strategy Mac beta provided by James Kerr. Contact [email protected] for help.
Taking part
The beta is available to invited participants for their own planning. Features may change, and access to future versions is not guaranteed. These terms do not introduce a subscription or payment commitment. Please obtain agreement before distributing beta builds beyond the invited group.
Your records and decisions
You retain ownership of your planning records. You give the app permission to process the local files and provider data you choose solely to provide its planning features. You are responsible for having authority to connect any shared or work account.
Checks and suggestions depend on available evidence and your estimates. They can be incomplete or wrong. Review proposed changes and keep backups of important files. You remain responsible for your priorities, deadlines and decisions; the app does not automatically change Calendar bookings or Todoist tasks.
Connections and agents
Google, Todoist and any agent client you choose are separate services with their own terms. You decide whether to grant or revoke access. Local agent tools can read and refresh your planning context and record authorised check-ins; the agent client’s handling of information may also involve its AI provider.
Life Strategy is not created by, affiliated with, or supported by Google or Todoist. How the app handles information is explained in its privacy notice.
Changes and support
James may update or end the beta and will aim to give participants reasonable notice of material changes. Your local files remain yours. Beta software may have interruptions or defects, and no particular planning outcome is promised.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your applicable statutory rights. If something is unclear or a problem arises, contact James so it can be addressed.
